4.1 Improved preventive and curative health-care services across the eligible area
Obtaining and analysis of essential oils from plants that can be used as food additives, for replace the synthetic organic substances with natural organic substances. Artificial flavorings , which are substances that are produced synthetically and are identical to natural flavors can be replaced with natural flavoring or flavoring extracts such as essential oils , which are obtained from plants by various methods. Essential oils are volatile mixture of substances existing in the plant product . Research in this area are focused on increasing extraction yields and achieve a quality of volatile oil as close to the plant product.
Modern technologies of extraction with supercritical fluids achieve these performances .
